“Free and urban” – a Culture for cities and regions study visit in Regensburg

From 8-10 June 2016, 10 European cities and regions went to Regensburg, Germany, to see how the city preserves its UNESCO World Heritage, attracts tourists and remains a vibrant and creative city at the same time. Discussions were very fruitful and open, and recommendations from participants were made.
