On May 24 DG ENV is organising a Green Week side-event on the recently launched Fitness Check of the Ambient Air Quality Directives.
This evaluation process will include an active stakeholder consultation to solicit views and opinions of stakeholders on the extent to which these Directives have successfully met, or are on track, to meet their different objectives.
This Green Week 2018 session will provide an important city-level perspective on what works well, and what does not, as regards EU Clean Air policies, with the contribution of Stefan Tidow, State Secretary, Senate for Environment, Climate and Mobility, from the City of Berlin, as well as Shirley Rodrigues, Deputy Mayor of London.
